This report analyses the project’s functional and non-functional requirements, followed by a multi-faced approach of the PEDvolution pilot PED sites. It also presents the as-is conditions of the co-developers districts, buildings and systems. Its primary aim is to contribute towards guiding the implementation and demonstration of PEDvolution’s innovations.
