This paper is based on work in a 4 years research on positive energy districts (PED), the planning and implementation of them in various markets. It summarizes the findings on replication potential of the concept. First, the concept is explained and the key performance factors are discussed. Then, it analyses almost 100 PED projects that were collected during the research duration.
