This deliverable documents the design and implementation of the PEDvolution Dynamic Decision Support Guideline (DDSG) Application, a web-based interface that enables PED Planners to assess the current state of Positive Energy Districts (PEDs), explore future development scenarios, and analyse decision-support results and recommendations. The application is integrated into the PEDvolution Common Web Application for PED Planning Tools and provides an intuitive interface to support informed decision-making throughout the PED planning process.
